Welcome to the Alexander Fraser Cars web site.

I decided after talking to various people that we needed a web site to bring together all of the owners and enthusiasts and also use it as a register of the vehicles that have survived .  Our friend Peter Frost has a good, short history of AF cars and Lion Omnibuses on his web site  http://home.clara.net/peterfrost/aflion.html but I thought we could use this one as a contact point for all of us owners and enthusiasts.  Dispite the title I would also like to get details of the other vehicles such as the buses and the "entertainment vehicles" and their whereabouts.

Also to allow owners and enthusiasts to send in their comments and pictures. I have a contact e-mail of kelvin@afcars.co.uk .

This is my first attempt at a web site so I am afraid it will be very basic and I'm not sure of how much time it will take but here goes!

Sandy explaining the history of the car at Boston Classic car Show 2006

Just to let you know who I am, I am Sandy's daughter's (Helen) partner and we live a few miles from Sandy in the Lincolnshire fens. For those who you who don't know I purchased the yellow Spider a couple of years ago and have been enjoying the experience.

I'm hoping that I can get Sandy to post some updates of what he's been up to recently and also answer any technical or historical questions that we may have.

If anybody objects to me using any pictures of them or their cars please let me know, I do not want to cause any offense by creating this website. I will not post who owns a particular vehicle until they have been in touch and let me know that its OK to do so.
